Revitalizing the historic heart of our cities and towns
The Inner-City Revitalization Corporation (IRC) is a nonprofit community-based organization undertaking community and housing development throughout the Rapides Parish area of Central Louisiana.
We have been proudly creating doors of opportunity in our communities since the IRC was founded in 1997 through the vision of Norman Martin and others who wished to revitalize the downtown, historical areas of our cities and towns.
